Novotel Dubai WTC – Flagship Reimagined by S+S

October 10, 2025, Dubai, UAE -
The iconic Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai, one of the city’s busiest business hotels, has officially reopened its doors after a major renovation unveiling refreshed, vibrant spaces designed to elevate the guest experience for today’s global traveler.

S+S and the Novotel International Design Guide

The public spaces renovation including the lobby, theatre hall (Lecture Hall), Vana Nana Café, Embers Restaurant, Brassmith Bar, and swimming pool area was entrusted to Sundukovy Sisters (S+S Studio), the creative minds behind the Novotel International Design Guide developed in 2021.

This global concept redefined Novotel’s brand identity, setting a new standard for contemporary hospitality and contributing to the opening of over 40 Novotel properties worldwide, from Mexico to Dubai.

With their signature storytelling approach and deep understanding of the Novotel DNA, S+S Studio (Sundukovy Sisters) reimagined the Dubai property’s public spaces as social, flexible, and inspiring environments that embody Novotel’s spirit of modern comfort and connection.

A New Experience for Guests

Each redesigned area offers a distinct narrative – from the open welcoming lobby and multifunctional Lecture Hall, to the cozy Vana Nana Café, vibrant Embers Restaurant, and atmospheric Brassmith Bar. The design merges local character with global consistency, ensuring guests feel both inspired and at home.

Collaboration and Gratitude

S+S Studio (Sundukovy Sisters) extend heartfelt thanks to their long-term partner Accor, represented by Diana Tabet, Design Director, Maggie Ji, Cluster Hotel Manager, and Anoop Dhondoo, Regional General Manager, for their trust and collaboration throughout this project. It was also a pleasure to meet Mr. John Joseph, member of the Dubai World Trade Centre Hotel Committee and CFO of Dubai World Trade Centre, who expressed great satisfaction with the results. The studio also thanks Design Infinity, the project’s general contractor, for their professionalism and seamless execution.
