Novikov x Italy&Co
Limassol, Cyprus

Total Area: 1 021 square meters

Designed by the Sundukovy Sisters (S+S) Studio, the collaboration of  Novikov x Italy&Co Limassol restaurant artfully blends Mediterranean warmth with refined luxury, creating a flawless connection with the surrounding landscape. Creating the right atmosphere for everyday dining, the open terrace is set with a graceful wooden canopy, while spacious layouts and large windows allow plenty of natural light. The soft color material palette forms a seamless space, perfect for both everyday dining and special evenings.

Color Palette and Materials

We chose calming Mediterranean shades and tactile materials, such as premium fabrics for the soft furnishings, to create a smooth experience. The reddish leather on the chairs and the bouclé on the lounge chairs add interesting textures, while the white and yellow sofas with bright cushions are perfect for everyday dining and romantic dinners.

The floor becomes a key design element, featuring a combination of three types of marble framed by noble stone, creating a striking accent. A warm modular parquet made of tinted teak ties all the zones together, adding coziness and harmony to the atmosphere.

Bar Area
The bar and terrace are visually united by a slatted wooden canopy designed in a semicircle above. An amorphous-shaped metal-framed canopy further enhances this concept, creating a unique synergy with the building’s facades. Guests are sheltered from the Cypriot sun under the canopy and elegant umbrellas, welcomed by tables set with crisp white tablecloths and surrounded by lush plants in ceramic planters.

Terrace
The restaurant’s terrace exudes Mediterranean coziness, harmoniously connected to the bar by the elegant slatted canopy that offers shade from the bright sun. Guests find tables adorned with white tablecloths and vibrant greenery in stylish ceramic planters, providing a sense of seclusion. The calm colour palette and natural materials make the terrace inviting for both everyday dining and special evenings, where the play of light and shadows creates a captivating atmosphere.

Open Kitchen
The open kitchen, along with the bar and terrace area, serves as the heart of the restaurant, allowing guests to watch the cooking process unfold. Columns clad in ceramic pay homage to Mediterranean traditions, while the raw bar area features an array of delicacies, inviting guests to embark on a culinary journey.

Interior Details
Every interior detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of coziness and elegance. Neutral walls with textured plaster highlight key design elements, while a slatted ceiling of bleached oak adds depth to the space. In the evening, strategically placed spotlights illuminate the area, filling it with a special charm and vibrancy.

On the -1 floor, leading to the restrooms, guests will find a wine room featuring a distinguished selection of wines in a comfortable setting. This space maintains a unified style with the main hall through marble floors and veneered panels. More than just functional, this wine room transforms the selection process into an engaging experience.
